    و لأن الوطن غالٍ على قلوبنا نحتفل بذكرى تأسيسه و استقلاله، و يعد ٢٣ من سبتمبر يوم له مكانة كبيرة في قلوب أبناء المملكة العربية السعودية فهو يعتبر اليوم الوطني، لتلهج قلوبهم قبل ألسنتهم بأروع معاني الحب، و أسمى مشاعر العشق.

  • New Year Fees Discount !!

    Dear Parents,
    Happy year at the end of the school year!
    The school administration announces the discounts for the new academic year 2019-2020.
    The discount of 20% secured in year 2018-2019 will continue for all the old students.

  • مسابقة دودة القراءة

    و تستمر مسابقة دودة القراءة على مستوى الصفوف {الأول، الثاني، الثالث} الابتدائي في تنافس منقطع النظير، و هي مسابقة تشجع الطلاب على القراءة الصحيحة؛ فيأخذ كل طالب قرأ قراءة جيدة دائرة ليزيد بها جسم الدودة الخاصة به و أطول دودة تكون هي الفائزة. موعد التصفيات النهائية نهاية شهر مارس، مع تمنياتنا لأبنائنا الطلاب بالتفوق و النجاح. تحت إشراف قسم اللغة العربية و التربية الإسلامية.

  • Spelling Activity‎

    “What we learn with pleasure we never forget.” EGIS2 out of uniform students are having fun in their spelling activity.

  • KG Section Fun Day

    EGIS2 held a fun and meaningful Carnival-themed fun day for our preschoolers.
    There were lots of exciting things to do and see - a popcorn stand, cotton candy kiosk, photo booth, and loads of carnival games!
    The inflatable jumping castle provided fun and excitement, and the children danced and got their faces painted in wild and wacky ways.
    Everyone had a blast!

  • Classroom Decoration

    The EGIS2 Classroom Decoration Competition 2018-2019 winners have been announced!
    Students of all grades have worked tirelessly with their homeroom teachers to present a creatively decorated classroom for this year’s competition.
    They were enthusiastically involved in creating posters and wall hangings that reflect a warm, inviting, academic tone and have a positive impact on learning.
    There were 2 winners in grades 1 to 3 – first prize and second prize. A winner was chosen from each grade in gr 4 to 8.
    Classes had the option to select atheme.
    Students displayedtheir own work: their art, writing assignments, math or science projects and charts and motivational posters.

  • Student Council

    The Student Council election results are in! The 2018-2019 School President is Ghazal Ehab (gr 7A), Vice President is Nour Moamen (gr 8A), and the Secretary is Aseel Agami (gr 7A).
    All candidates who had participated in the election are proud members of the Student Council – Menah Hany Hamed (8A), Toqa Ahmed (8A), HallaElhabib (8B), Nouf Adnan (8B), Shyma Al Hamawi (8B), and Farah Moamen (7A).
    EGIS2 wholeheartedly welcomes the new Student Council – we are confident that you will all uphold the values of our school and will prove to be positive role models for your peers.

  • Career Day

    The EGIS2 Career Day was held on Thursday, Nov. 30,2017.
    Students came to school dressed in the uniform of the profession they wish to adopt when they grow up.
    There was a play that enthralled the audience and students were delighted to see how various community helpers contribute to society.
    During the week, students watched videos, of middle school prepared a short presentation or speech about their chosen job and spoke to their classmate about it.
    Another special aspect of Career Week was that EGIS2 invited a panel of experienced professionals from various fields to talk about the responsibilities, challenges and rewards of their jobs.
    Students got to learn about the different jobs that exist in their community, and we hope that many of them might have been able to discover something new to aspire to EGIS2.

  • French Day

    Our Bake Sale was a fun-filled and memorable day for our students.
    This activity was organized by students where baked French foods such as croissant, cupcakes and cookies, along with other French foods were sold.

  • Flowers Week

    Today’s flower-themed assembly brought out the energy, enthusiasm and exuberance of EGIS2!
    The children looked vibrant in their brightly colored clothes and flower headbands – every one of them was excited to present flowers to their teachers and the rest of the school staff.
    School President Ghazal Ehab compered the event, and she was supported by Vice President Nour Moamen and Secretary Aseel Agami.
    Students were enthralled by the aerobics moves presented by 2G and by the engaging puppet show by the Science Department.
    The games at the end of the assembly brought out students’ competitive spirit as they raced against time to complete the puzzle based on the parts of a flower.
    Students of grade 4 presented the names of flowers. The assembly as a perfect culmination of a wonderful week!

  • Sports Day

    At EGIS 2, we place a huge emphasis on students’ overall development.
    Being physically fit and active enhances the body’s immune system and protects it from diseases; a Muslim who is in shape is well equipped to perform the duties of Islam.
    Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) has said: “The strong (active) believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both.”
    The Prophet (SAW) himself participated in swimming, archery and horseback riding, and our Caliph Omar Ibn Al Khattab (R.A) was said to have encouraged parents to involve their children in these sports.

  • Arabic Day

    قامت مدارس بوابة العلم العالمية الثانية بإقامة يوم اللغة العربية كعادتها كل عام وتجري أحداث اليوم حول بعض من تفاصيل كتاب "مائة من عظماء الإسلام غيروا مجرى التاريخ" للكاتب جهاد الترباني.

  • Little Chef Day

    Little Chef Day is a day when the school community and students will gather to have fun and create art on a plate! Through creativity, we will teach our children to make healthy food choices.
